Job Description

Kinsa is recruiting for a:  VP of Human Resources

Location:  Spokane, WA area

Mission:  
Our client, a producer of premium shelf stable products, is looking for a VP of Human Resources to add to their team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Expected Outcomes: 
Responsible for driving company culture through company core values
Accountable for customer service to all internal and external customers
Develop and maintain relationships through collaboration and timely communication
Develop and lead the implementation of Human Resources strategies for the organization including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Engagement & Advocacy, and Organizational Development including Succession Planning, Worker’s Compensation, and the overall responsibility for compliance with AAP/EEO and all federal, state and local regulations

Competencies/Culture:        
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
10 plus years of multi-state/location, progressive HR leadership experience including direct oversight of HR staff, talent acquisition, total rewards (compensation & benefits), employee relations, performance management, training & development, worker’s compensation management, internal investigations, senior management or executive team participation
Completed HR certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and/or SPHR credential strongly preferred
