Title: Technical Sales Representative    Location: Work from home (Nebraska Territory)

Mission: Our client, a provider of sanitation services and food safety initiatives, is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to add to their team. This person will be responsible for targeting food manufacturers to sell their products to.

Expected Outcomes:

Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to ensure successful execution of the company's sanitation, anti-microbial and specialty cleaning programs to food manufacturers

Utilize relationship building skills and technical expertise to develop mutually successful

End user support efforts including, but not limited to: system trouble shooting, sanitation reviews, competitive intelligence, product performance testing/verification, equipment repair and reports out to account decision makers

Conduct chemical trials and provide reporting on product efficacy, cost, yield and issue mitigation

Develop local and regional business relationships with top customers

Deliver product and systems training and conduct product demonstrations

Implement and install food safety chemical systems in conjunction with service technicians

Competencies/Culture:                                                                     

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology or related field

0-3 years of experience in QA, Sanitation, Operations or Sales

Working knowledge of produce, beef, pork, and/or poultry facilities

Certifications: HACCP, SQP Practitioner or BRC, DESIRABLE

Ability to travel 75%
