Technical Manager - Sanitation Services
Home based, Midwest to East coast
Title: Technical Manager - Sanitation Services Location: Midwest to Eastern Territory
Mission: Our client, a provider of chemical and sanitation products and services, is looking for a Technical Manager to add to their team. This person will be tasted with developing a large sales territory in the food manufacturing industry.

Drives overall training program for current and new Technical Sales Representatives, including developing curriculum, defining resources and budget, establishing schedules
Develops curriculum for internal programs and manages delivery of those programs
Works closely with the R&D department to learn products and be able to communicate product capabilities
Evaluates technical merits and budgetary requirements of external programs for selection and inclusion in an overall training program
Develops and conducts training for others
Bachelor's in Food Science, Microbiology or related field
HACCP, SQF, BRC certifications desired but not necessary
5+ years of technical support experience with sanitation services and chemical products
Working knowledge of food safety initiatives (Third party food safety audit)
Must be able to travel 75%
