Sales /Operations Manager
Northeast - home based, MA
Home Office - Northeast Territory (MA, RI, CT, NH)
Mission: Our client is a growing privately held food manufacturer based in New Jersey. The bilingual Sales Manager will have responsibility for $18M in annual sales and manage a team of sales reps and field supervisors as well as managing warehouses in 2 neighboring states. Travel will be 80% to 90%.

Fluent in or a good understanding of Spanish is required
Ideally 5-7 years of sales experience in the food industry managing a minimum of $5M in annual sales
Develop training and mentoring for sales reps and merchandisers
Preferred experience in selling to grocery chains, independents and wholesalers
Understanding of the Latino food market
