Our client, a producer and distributor of premium ethnic prepared foods, is looking for SW Regional Sales Manager to add to their team. This person will be contacting new and existing retail grocery clients for sales growth in their California and Arizona markets.

Your role with the Company

Sets customer objectives and monitors execution in key areas:

-  Collaboration to achieve effective promotional trade spending

-  Retail shelving conditions

-  Schematic objectives including new item execution

Utilize syndicated data to:

-  Analyze customer performance for effective promotional strategies

-  Work with sales team to compile effect customer presentations

Supports the customer sales team by communicating and collaborating on company:

-  Volume objectives

-  Trade spending guidelines

-  Customer deduction guidelines

-  Consumer marketing message

-  Customer sales proposition

Manages the region's financials:

-  Planning and execution of trade spend objectives

-  Achieving volume objectives

Background Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Sales or related field

5+ years of retail grocery sales experience

Ethnic prepared foods experience a plus
