Regional Sales Manager - Eastern US & Caribbean
Home Office - Miami, FL
Title: Regional Sales Manager - Produce Location: Home Office in Miami, FL
Mission: Our client, a processor of organic produce items (Pineapples, Plantains, Casabas), is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to sell to the Retail Grocery and Foodservice channel in the Eastern US and Caribbean territories.

Leverage existing relationships with key buyers in retail and foodservice channels
Develop strategic business plan for key accounts across retail and foodservice sales channels, including detailed forecasting, trade marketing programs, pricing strategy and promotions
Manage broker and distributor relationships to maximize account revenue and drive new business for private label and branded products
Create sales presentations and conduct meetings with key customers
Manage and report competitive activity to include pricing, promotions and new products
Utilize syndicated industry data, as available, to help manage the business
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, purchasing, logistics, production, and finance
Fluency in Spanish and English, oral and written
Extensive professional sales experience in selling branded and/or private label Latin American food products within the retail grocery trade and food service channels
Demonstrated experience building new branded sales business
Broker and distributor management experience
Located in southern Florida and ability to travel 50%+ of the year
