Mission:
Our client, a producer of premium energy drinks, is looking for a Regional VP of Sales for their Southern Territory. This person will be responsible for managing the execution of their bottlers including responsibility for developing and coaching their team of Region, FSOP, District & Area Managers while building influential relationships with Senior Level Managers.

Competencies/Culture:                                                                    

Bachelor’s degree Sales, Marketing or related field
10 years of distributor/bottler and supplier experience
Experience managing DSD network
Experience negotiating/influencing
Experience managing a team of Sr. professionals (MUST)
