Quality Assurance Site Manager - Cheese Manufacturing
Title: Quality Assurance Site Manager - Dairy Location: Nampa, ID
Our client, a large processor of premium dairy products, is looking for a QA Site Manager to add to their team. This person will manage Plant Quality Assurance/Control activities to assure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assists Plant Management in developing and implementing Plant Quality
Formulates and maintains QA objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals
Oversees inset and rodent prevention programs and follow up with plant sanitation
Sets up and records procedures to report to Plant/Corporation Management with information relating to faulty manufacture equipment, packaging, raw materials, weights, improper storage/distribution, etc.
Reviews and maintains all product specifications
Develops and implements quality training programs for personnel
Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed
Bachelor's degree in Food Scient, Microbiology or related field
5+ years of Sr. QA leadership experience in a food or beverage processing/manufacturing environment
Dairy experience strongly desired
Working knowledge of HACCP, USDA, FDA and GFSI standards
