Mission:   Our client is a growing frozen food manufacturer based in the Portland, OR area.  The mission for the Quality Assurance Manager is to manage all aspects of the FSQMS.  The QA Manager will have responsibility managing a team of quality professionals (approximately 12), perform mock recalls, schedule and conduct audits to ensure certifications are met (FDA, BRC, USDA, and customer).   The company is looking for someone that wants to grow and wants to be promoted!

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Salary range is $60K to $70K

  • Bonus plan starting 2019

  • 401(k)

  • Vacation and Holiday pay

  • Relocation assistance available

Competencies/Culture:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a QA Manager role within the food industry

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred

  • Minimal weekends

  • Prefer BRC or even SQF

  • Spanish is a plus
