Quality Assurance Document Control Supervisor
Kinsa Group in partnership with an Elgin, IL company are seeking a talented Document Control Supervisor to join their team!
The Quality Assurance Document Control Supervisor assists in ensuring food safety and quality standards are met by being the lead point of contact for all quality assurance and food safety documents.
Has primary responsibility for the management and organization of the SQF program documents.
Has primary responsibility for the management and organization of all customer and consumer complaints directed to the QA department.
Works directly with the Customer Service Department in order to organize, resolve, and file complaints in a timely manner through complaint management systems.
Working with the QA Manager and Director of QA to be the lead for managing the EMP Program and documents.
Support Quality Management during facility visits, audits and inspections
Retrieve documentation and records, track down needed individuals and any other information or people as requested during the audit process Training and Employee Education
Engage production employees in Good Manufacturing Practices, programs and policies to educate and improve compliance
Facilitate training sessions with employees when quality programs or policies are implemented or changed
Bachelor's Degree in science or similar degree or food manufacturing experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Effective collaboration and influence skills
Attention to detail
