Title:  QC Lab Manager                                  Location: West Texas

Mission:  Our client, a high-quality producer of value-added dairy ingredients, dry-milk powder, butter and cream is looking for a Quality Control Lab Manager to direct and coordinate work activities of lab supervisors and technicians.  This role reports to the Quality Systems Manager in a brand new food production plant.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Monitor Lab Operations and Production Runs.

  • Keep accurate records and document control practices.

  • Train QC personnel for compliance and QC standards.

  • Plan ahead for future growth opportunities.


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in biology and/or chemistry or equivalent

  • Direct Dairy Quality Lab Production experience of 3-5 years

  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods in a dairy industry setting

  • Familiarity with dairy manufacturing and microbiology

  • Analytical ability and problem solving skills

  • Working knowledge of fundamental quantitative analysis and statistical methods
