Our Food Processing client has an opportunity for a Plant Manager to work in their state of the art facility and direct the day to day plant operations at their Kansas location.

In this role:

-Oversee Production, Quality, Safety, and Regulatory issues

-Maintain USDA, FDA and state regulations

-Budget and capital projects responsibility

-Utilize KPI's to improve plant efficiency and profitability

Education/Experience desired:

-Bachelor of Science degree in industry related discipline

-10+ years in a management role in a food processing environment, dairy preferred

-Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodology

-Ability to use P&L results and KPI'S to improve plant performance

-Proven ability to build teams
