Our client, a fast growing beverage company, is looking for an experienced LEAN Operations Manager. This hands-on Operations Manager will oversee a state-of-the-art facility and report to the Plant Manager.

7-10 years of management experience with at least 5 years of direct responsibility of operations or maintenance in a high speed environment (over 600 SKUs)
Assist Director of Engineering and leadership team on development, execution and management of capital projects
Knowledge of CMMS and Preventative Maintenance and Production Operations
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
Knowledge of GMP and experience with GSFI/SQF a plus. Must understand OSHA/FDA/UDSA/EPA requirements
Background in beverages (fruit juices, drinks, sauces) is highly preferred. Food products may be considered.
