Title: Marketing Manager - Snack Foods Location: Chicago Land Area       

Mission:  Our client, a leading manufacturer of natural snack foods, is looking for a Marketing Manager to add to their team. This person will be involved with brand development of their snack food and cracker brands.

Expected Outcomes:

Develop marketing plan for sales in existing and new channels

Forecast manage marketing funds and annual budget

Perform monthly syndicated data analysis

Analyze in-market performance, manage profitability & volume contribution, and make business recommendations in support of volume & financial objectives

Responsible for ongoing strategy, trade forecasting, coordinating consumer promotions and insights research

Develop sales and expense forecasts by brand

Work closely with sales, R&D, purchasing, accounting and production

Competencies/Culture:                                                                     

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

3+ years of Sr. Marketing leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment preferably snack foods category

3+ years of brand developing

CPG experience a MUST

Agency management experience a MUST

Ability to travel 15-20%
