Title: Marketing Category Manager - Asian Foods    Location: Anaheim, CA Area  


Our client, a producer of premium Asian foods, is looking for a Marketing Category Manager to add to their team. This person will be responsible for developing their current Tofu related brands strategies along with new products to the club, foodservice, retail and natural channels.


Competitive 6 figure salary with additional bonus opportunity

Expected Outcomes:

Develop Tofu related brands including new products

Develop and maintain a 3 year product category strategy to support growth and profitability targets

Brand management across all channels (Club, Mainstream(both retail & natural), and Food services)

Manage product lifecycle including SKU rationalization

Set and manage P&L targets by categories and channels

Manage web-site, bloggers and social medial contents


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

10+ years of CPG marketing at both large and small firms

Food industry experience a plus

Experience managing P&L, media and budget required

Must be able to create, execute and manage a sound marketing plan

Strong MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Must be able to travel 15% of the time
