International Project Manager, Beverage Product Compliance
Title: International Project Manager, Beverage Product Compliance
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Our client, a premium caffeinated beverage distributor, is looking for an International Project Manager to add to their team. This person will be responsible for product and compliance efforts required to enter foreign markets (EU, South America, etc.). This person will be required to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders--including the product and quality teams, legal, accounting, third party consultants and local advisors. This person will be required to develop, manage, and drive project plans across multiple work-streams to meet complex, country-specific, product requirements.

Project manage the development of locally compliant product labels
Liaise with third party consultants and law firms on regulatory requirements to inform commercial decisions
Compile submissions and applications for foreign governmental regulatory authorities for the purpose of entering new markets based on information provided by in-house and third-party subject matter experts
Manage project schedule detailing due dates, statuses, and accountability to ensure projects are executed in accordance to timeline
Liaise between internal product team and third-party advisors on all product considerations when entering foreign markets, including but not limited to certifications, reformulation, labeling, samples, lab analysis
Experience introducing products into international markets
5+ years legal, compliance or regulatory background
Ability to travel 20%
