Title:  Executive Chef                                   Location: Delafield, WI

Mission:  Our client is a non-profit organization serving the community for decades. They are adding an Executive Chef to lead 4-5 Culinary Technicians in the preparation of food and menu development.  The Executive Chef will report directly to the Director of Dining Services and will be responsible for Budget, Dining Services and Staff Development.


-        $58K - 68K base salary

1.      Prepare high quality meals for residents, employees and guests

2.      Assist Director of Dining Services with productions duties and supply orders

3.      Coach and supervise all department staff

4.      Maintain standards of food production, service, sanitation, and safety

5.      Assist in developing budgets and hold staff accountable for operating within budget

6.      Assist Director in menu and recipe development


-        3 years of experience in Food service management - hospitality, healthcare, restaurant

      -        Serv-Safe Certified, Dietary Manager certified preferred

-        Working knowledge of federal, state and local standards and regulations
