Title: Dining Services Manager

Location: Delafield, WI

Mission: Our client is a non-profit organization serving the community for decades. They are seeking a Dining Services Manager with foodservice experience to oversee day to day food service production and manage all dining services staff. The Dining Services Manager will report directly to the Director of Dining Services.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $58K – 63K base salary

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of meal preparation and delivery for meal programs
  2. Assist Director in ensuring all State, Federal, CBRF and regulations are met and followed by staff
  3. Assist Director in developing department budgets
  4. Hire, train and develop all department staff

Experience/Education:

  • 5 years of experience in Food service management – hospitality, healthcare, restaurant
  • Serv Safe Certified, Dietary Manager certified preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal, state and local standards and regulations
  • Must be a people person and team player
