Job Functions:

  • Lead Food Safety, Quality, and Sanitation procedures

  • Adherence to government regulations including monitoring, verification, and documentation

  • Responsible for HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and SSOP inspection programs

  • Work directly with customers and agents related to audits, plant tours, and product showings

  • Report and correct all food safety issues

  • Perform quality checks and maintain records with high level of accuracy

  

Required Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or closely related highly preferred

  • 4+ years in Food Safety and Quality

  • SQF Practitioner highly preferred

  • Current/previous HCAAP certification highly preferred

  • Thorough technical knowledge in Food Safety and Quality
