Vice President of Sales

Mission: Our client, a seller and producer of plant extracts to the food industry for flavoring, coloring, or preservative purposes, is looking for a Vice President of Sales. The VP will be managing a team of 6-7 sales managers and a $50M+ sales region in addition to being a strategic leader for the North American region.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, including technical and/or marketing roles
Strategic leader in all sales and collaborate with regional and global teams to grow market sectors
Proven experience in leading successful sales teams
Domestic travel up to 40%, with international travel on occasion.
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, MBA is a plus
