Mission:  Our client is a leading foodservice contract management company.  The mission of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to assess business needs and develop internal and external hiring strategies for the Western region.  This position oversees a Regional TA team responsible for managing the hiring and recruiting process.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Manage a Talent Acquisition team consisting of 3 direct reports

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training

  • Foodservice recruitment experience or other high volume recruiting experience (hotel, retail, etc.)

  • 1+ years of management/supervisory experience
