Regional Sales Manager, East Distribution

Kinsa Group/ABR Professional Search, in partnership with a National beverage company, a supplier of energy performance beverages and sports nutrition is searching for a Regional Sales Manager- Distribution to oversee the Eastern Region and be located in the Miami, FL Area.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving superior results and in-store execution for the company owned distribution centers. This includes building, leading, and coaching a high performing leadership team. Ensuring every branch is driving best-in-class sales and operational processes / systems, and to ensure the implementation of Company standards of in-store excellence in the marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
• Develop and deliver annual business plan for the Company marketplace on volume, distribution development, Direct Store Delivery (DSD) routes, and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s.)
• Establish Volume / KPI targets along with the Director of Sales & Distribution for each assigned General Sales Manager and appropriately manage the execution of these monthly KPI’s.
• Drive superior in-store results through detailed in-store planning, selling and execution related activities.
• Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace, lives to the companies values and inspires team through effective leadership.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices with the Business Unit (BU), Sales and Operations Teams. The Regional Sales Manager needs to be a major contributor / leader across the Company.
• 10+ years of experience with time spent on Beverage Supplier and Beverage Distributor side of business with a proven track record of success
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. IRI, SAP, VIP, Encompass)
• Working knowledge of warehouse and DSD operating systems / platforms
