Mission: Our client, a leading manufacturer of natural snack foods, is looking for a National Sales Manager to add to their team. While leading a team of two, this person will be involved with for club store sales initiatives, trade and promotional spending, and club store broker management on a national level.
Manage the Club Channel, both HQ and store level, and provide leadership and direction to Club Channel Business Development Managers
Management of trade spend (previous work with trade promotion software a plus but not required)
Work cross-functional in multiple departments to create "custom" club items for rotational business
Utilize syndicated data and analysis of same to determine sales strategy & tactics
Bachelor's degree in Business or related sales field a MUST
5+ years of club sales leadership experience in a food or beverage processing/manufacturing environment
Understanding of trade spending and promotions funding
Ability to analyze syndicated data
Direct supervision of internal staff AND broker management experience a MUST
