Our client is a large grocery chain that is currently looking to add a Retail Specialist to their team. In this role you will primarily travel to grocery stores to support store personnel with planograms.

Role Responsibilities:

-Set up new stores or reset existing stores to make sure the design and layout meet requirements

-Direct the plans for equipment installation to meet store requirements

Skills needed for this role:

-Good problem-solving skills

-Good communication skills

-Prior Planograms experience    

-Able to give presentations one-on-one and in small group situations                   

Education/Experience:

3 - 5 years' experience in the food retail business is required. College degree is not required.
