Foodservice Site Operations Director
Title: Site Operations Director Location: Phoenix, AZ
Mission: Our client, a leading provider of correctional food service in the nation is looking for a Site Operations Director. Candidate will Plan, direct and coordinate the activities associated with running multiple food service units (production sites/kitchens) within complex facilities with large populations. Supervises Office Manager III and a team of FSD's, AFSD's/Unit Manager(s)/Food Service Workers involved in preparation, serving and clean-up of food service.

Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the facility food service operation.
Oversees the appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to facility or site plan
Responsible for overall complex financial accountability including auditing, as well as insuring company policies and procedures are in place and being followed
Insures all team members are adequately trained and capable to perform job responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner
Maintains accuracy of inventory in advance preparation of planned menu schedule.
High School Diploma or Equivalent; five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment
Skilled in supervising the use and operation of a variety of kitchen equipment
Skilled in managing high volume food preparation, operations and service
Corrections facility Foodservice experience
