Title:  Engineering Project Manager                                        Location: New England area

Misson:  Our client, a dairy producer in the food & beverage industry, is looking to hire a Production Manager for their Northeast U.S. facility.  This individual will be responsible for all capital projects at their 2 facilities including budgets and ensure they are completed on time.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Ensures Project plans are aligned with all Safety and Permit regulations as defined by the respective governing bodies - i.e. OSHA.

  • Determines the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project and provide economic analysis with financing department for projects.

  • Writes reports on the project for Management and for any 3rd Party Funding sources

Competencies/Culture:                                                                                                

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or dairy technology

  • PMP certificate or equivalent

  • Minimum of 4 years working in a food manufacturing facility utilizing Engineering and Project Management skills

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications
