Business Development Manager - Fresh Produce
Positions in both WI and MN, WI
Title: Business Development Manager - Fresh Produce Location: Home Office location in MN or WI
Mission: Our client, a processor and distributor of premium fresh produce products, is looking for a Business Development Manager to add to their team. This person will be contacting foodservice and/or retail grocery customers to sell and distribute their products in either the state of MN or the state of WI.

Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth
Develops programs to promote our value-added business, including juices and other items we develop
Maximize the company's profitability by gaining market share within each individual customer, increasing fill rates for regularly traveled routes, and increasing the number of product lines delivered to each customer
Resolve all customer issues including product quality, accounts receivables, transportation/logistics and sales promotions
Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing (a plus)
3+ years of sales experience for food or beverage products
Experience selling produce to the retail or foodservice industries
