Title:  Business Development Manager                                 Location: Remote

Misson:  Our client, a leading manufacturer in the snack food industry is looking for a business development manager to develop business within the natural food division.  This position can be home based with travel required 30%-40% of the time.  You will also have to travel to the home office in Rockford, IL. Once a quarter.



  • Six-figure compensation plus bonus potential

  • Benefits include health, vacation, 401K etc.

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • No relocation required

Expected Outcomes:

  • Create sales actions for the Natural Channel in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Develop marketing plan for sales implementation.

  • Work with other departments to identify trends with the Natural Channel.

  • Manage Brokers of Natural Channel.


  • Self- starter able to work independently with little supervision

  • Travel 30%-40% with occasional weekend work

  • Analytical thinker / Problem-solver / Fact Based selling

  • Assist with evaluation of brokers and distributor shows

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, etc.)
