Our client, a leader in culinary accessories, is interested in hiring a Vice President & General Manager for one of their growing divisions. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of a division with exceptional growth potential.   

Job Functions:

  • Responsible for the division's sales and profitability, and owner of the brand experience and complete integrated sales and marketing strategy/execution

  • Development of the Sales team and annual strategy

  • Management of marketing and sales engagements in the culinary/foodservice industry on a national level

  • Strategic planning for all PR initiatives

  • Working with Product Development

  • Working with the Marketing & Communications team including direct marketing, advertising, website/social media, and related

  • Plan and oversee annual budgets and programs

Required Background:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in the foodservice industry

  • Experience in managing individuals in multiple departments including Sales & Business Development

  • Major account sales and marketing experience including connecting with end-users

  • Operations management experience including P&L responsibility

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • B2B and B2C experience preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
