Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and managing the employees work activities and resources necessary for the sanitation process and manufacturing products during the 3rd shift of operation. This includes supervision of Sanitation Supervisors, sanitarian's, janitors, all contracted and company staff on the shift, including maintenance activity and successful employee transitions from plant manufacturing to sanitation and sanitation to plant manufacturing.
3-5 years production or related experience in a USDA food manufacturing facility.
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year College or technical school or equivalent experience and education
