About the Role

National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and leading sales initiatives for all brands.

  • Lead the development & execution of strategic sales plans to grow business in multiple channels and deliver assigned revenue growth and operating profit.

  • Accountable for contributing to the due diligence process during acquisitions of new brands/companies.

  • Results oriented individual who will be an effective leader and professional representative of the company.  

  • Energetic, and confident sales manager, who is strategic, analytical, creative, flexible, hands on, good problem solver, team player, and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.  

  • Sales Planning - market analysis, trade plans, budget development & oversight.

  • Establish and build effective relationships with sales team, brokers and retailers.

Background profile desired:

  • 10+ years of achievement in consumer package goods sales, preferably in growth or start-up companies.

  • 5+ years in management/leadership positions in food/CPG businesses

  • Driven, self-motivated and goal-orientated.

  • Great listening and problem solving skills with a dose of humility. As well as excellent written and oral communication.

  • Celebrate success, closing sales and building brands.

  • Food industry knowledge and passion with contacts and experience working with broker teams.

  • Willing to travel 50%+ (including nights and weekends)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing

Location: This position is based onsite at the company in Denver, CO area.

Relocation assistance would be provided.
