Our client, a producer of exceptional food products that continue to
be featured on five-star restaurant menus and in retailers nationwide, is looking to hire a National Sales & Business Development Manager due to significant growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader and develop a successful sales team.
Build and develop both external and internal sales teams for HRI and Retail markets
Establish a nationwide broker network
Work with the Sr. Leadership team focusing on pricing and promotion strategies to increase growth in market share
Manage the annual sales budget including growth targets
Provide an exceptional level of customer service
5+ years of food/beverage industry sales experience (Meat/Protein highly preferred)
Ability to work remotely while maintaining communication with corporate/business offices
Willingness to travel to client and prospect sites
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
