Our client, a producer of exceptional food products that continue to
be featured on five-star restaurant menus and in retailers nationwide, is looking to hire a National Sales & Business Development Manager due to significant growth.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader and develop a successful sales team.

Job Functions:

  • Build and develop both external and internal sales teams for HRI and Retail markets

  • Establish a nationwide broker network

  • Work with the Sr. Leadership team focusing on pricing and promotion strategies to increase growth in market share

  • Manage the annual sales budget including growth targets

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service

Required Background/Skills:

  • 5+ years of food/beverage industry sales experience (Meat/Protein highly preferred)

  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining communication with corporate/business offices

  • Willingness to travel to client and prospect sites

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
