Food manufacturing company located in New Jersey within the Philadelphia metro area
About the Role
: Lead all Sales activities, including: sales strategy, business development, and execution
: P&L Management
: Lead the Sales team (focus on retail, but also oversight of foodservice), including development and coaching of staff
: Manage broker network
: Achieve both aggressive top line revenue and bottom line profit goals
Background profile desired:
: Bachelor's degree in business field is required
: 8+ years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods / CPG and food industry, natural foods exposure a plus; frozen and refrigerated foods a plus
: Creative, high energy, effective problem solver and confident leader
: Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
Location: This position is based onsite at the company; no home office option. Company is located in New Jersey within the Philadelphia, PA metropolitan area.
